My decision to join Benchmark Lending  was two-fold. As a direct lender, we can underwrite loans in-house, allowing me to provide the most efficient, effective, and smoothest loan process possible. Secondly, we offer a wide variety of mortgage products. I pride myself on finding the best financial fit, based on your particular needs.

I offer financing for new homes, second homes, condominiums, investment properties, and more. In these times of advantageous interest rates, I have also been refinancing many homes, helping to reduce monthly mortgage payments, often by hundreds of dollars a month. Since we are licensed in many states, I can originate loans across the country.
